The aim of this project was to create the ultimate FPV drone ‘one shot’ – capturing all things Yacht Week in one hectic ride.

We travel through the sky, plunge underwater and experience the week through the mobile phone cameras of participants. This was all knitted together with some creative and unique transitions in a social first, sound-off friendly visual feast.

This film was shot on GoPro, Insta 360 and iPhone – there are plenty of good stories to tell about how we made this; from sending 2 drones to a watery grave, designing and 3D printing custom vertical GoPro mounts, sketchy flying out in the middle of the sea, and even more sketchy repairs on bobbing boats… Take a look at the behind the scenes video here to find out more.
